My name is Mohammad Akhshik and I am a PhD student at University of Connecticut working on observational astronomy and astrophysics in Dr. Whitaker’s research group. I am particularly interested in galaxy formation and evolution; I’m curious to understand how galaxies form and evolve and how their star formation began and eventually stopped. Earlier in my career while I was a research assistant at the school of astronomy at IPM, I also worked on Inflationary Cosmology. You could find more information in my CV.
